Can I do anything else to earn points besides working on projects?
You certainly can! Keep an eye out on our 'RADAR' section for competitions and opportunities to earn more points without even going offshore*- just another way to say thank you from us!
*competition entry will be limited to those who have completed a project via Precise Consultants within 1 year
I have placed an order and I still have points left, why can’t I make another order?
We need to check your current order against our system before we can fulfil it. During that time, whilst your order is pending, your points will remain the same and you will be unable to make another order. This is to catch any errors that might occur and make sure that your points are deducted fairly. Your points will be adjusted and you will be able to make another order within 2 working days.
Can I return items if I don’t like them?
We are not currently offering a return system. You must be sure that the item you redeem as a reward is the item that you want.
Can I return items if they are the wrong size?
We are not currently offering a return or replacement system for the rewards on The Inner Circle. You must consult the size guide on each product to be sure that it is the correct measurements for you before you place your order.
Can I sign a friend up for The Inner Circle?
You cannot sign up or refer a friend to the Inner Circle. Access is only given to those who have completed a project via Precise Consultants from 2025 and beyond, and have completed 100+ working project days throughout their time with us.
Can I change my name or email?
Your name, email and default address will be aligned with the information you have provided to us in your project-seeking. You cannot change your email address or name on your account. If you need to do so, please contact your Account Manager or team@preciseconsultants.com to change your details so that we can update our database across Precise Consultants with your new information. You have access to edit your shipping address in your Inner Circle Account.
I know someone who has worked with Precise Consultants before, why don’t they have an Inner Circle account?
We are only assigning Inner Circle accounts to freelancers who have completed a project via Precise Consultants since January 1st 2025, and have worked 100+ days in all their time with us. Anyone who has worked with us before and completes a project with us after January 1st 2025, will have all of their points awarded from backdated projects all the way back to 2014.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed on the 15th and last day of every month. They will be shipped within the week and you should allow for up to two weeks delivery. This means that, if you place an order on the 2nd or 16th, you may have to wait up to five weeks.
